This application ("Charleys Integrations") is an internal tool built and used solely by Charley's Appliance, Inc. to connect our own internal operations software to our own QuickBooks Online company file. It is not distributed to, or used by, any company or individual outside Charley's Appliance.
Via the QuickBooks Online Accounting API, this application reads customer records, invoices, and account balances belonging to Charley's Appliance's own QuickBooks company. It does not access data belonging to any other QuickBooks company.
Data is used only to give Charley's Appliance staff a unified view of a customer's service history and outstanding balance, alongside other internal records (service calls, texts, etc.) already collected as part of normal business operations. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Retrieved data and OAuth credentials are stored on infrastructure owned and controlled by Charley's Appliance, Inc. — not on any third-party or public server beyond QuickBooks Online itself.
Charley's Appliance can disconnect this application from QuickBooks Online at any time from within QuickBooks Online's connected-apps settings.
